An attorney and former clerk for federal judges , Annie has spent her career expanding access to justice, defending constitutional rights, and safeguarding Idaho’s land, water, and public institutions.

During law school, her work with the Nez Perce Tribe helped protect over 43,000 acres of tribal land from environmental degradation, and her in-court advocacy has strengthened Idaho’s ballot initiative process and access-to-justice pathways.

As a Representative for District 16, Annie is fighting for strong schools, affordable housing, livable wages, fair taxes, quality healthcare, responsible growth, and real protection for Idaho families. She believes the government should open doors, not create barriers—and that Idaho thrives when we invest in people, protect our freedoms, and work together to solve real problems.

Annie lives in Boise’s Winstead Park neighborhood with her husband, Mo, and their dogs, Stanley and Jac. They enjoy skiing, canoeing, cooking with family, and exploring Idaho’s public lands.
